The installation floats on the fringe between light and shadow; in short the project involves manipulating photos digitally and then reconstructing them using a 3D programme. The result becomes a three dimensional object composed of small slivers that are mounted at right angles to the wall. The shady dots that are formed under each of the slivers, when viewed together create a two dimensional, photographic, coarsely, pixelated picture.
The photograph, ‘the print’ appears in the absence of light.
