Void in and out.
Loose fillings under the tongue.
The slush is rocking,
threading high seas.
Pitch!
I fight back a pulsatile roar.
No slurp behind the itch.
I ask the glacier
through a smirrr of rain
if I should push or pull.
The glacier only coughs,
her bed is a snug rest.
I’m blubbing on the mattressed drum
of somebody’s sore ear.
Twin vision,
the jumbled ego wishes to stretch.
Glue earscape, drizzle.
Falling up, lifting down.
Repeated tunes,
pitch.
Wish this spindrift would last forever.
Wish it never had started.
The remedy I could get
is meant only for surging
divas and the calving sun.
